As good bread lovers, we are constantly exploring new forms and flavours of bread, so we want to present our latest novelties: The Bread moons, the Mini stiratis with olive oil, the Premium puffed bread and the Premium mini bread ties.

Our latest novelty are the Premium mini bread ties with olive oil. This product takes a small ring shape and has a smooth texture. It has a perfect point of salt and a differential flavour of olive oil, and it includes white wine as one of its ingredients, which enhances its flavour and makes it especially good to take alone, as a snack.

The Premium hallow bread is another novelty that extends the Espiga Blanca Premium range. This hallow bread is similar to the traditional one, but it is made with wheat semolina. Apart from being noticeable in taste, semolina has very favourable nutritional qualities, such as its high carbohydrate and protein content.

On the other hand, the Mini Stiratis with olive oil are a mini version of our Stiratis with olive oil. Its flavour is characterized by a perfect point of salt, and among its ingredients it also includes wheat semolina.
